Payment: 

Prepayment - The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the

reservation at the moment the reservation is made.
 

Cancellation Policy

1. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

2. Cancellations made within 30 days or less of arrival will be charged the total price of the reservation.

3. Isla Verde By The Beach is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances not directly related to the property. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance for protection.
    

No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
 

Security Deposit​

Security Deposit - Isla Verde By The Beach = IVBB

The guest will pay a refundable damage deposit (Stipulated in the contract during the booking process)

1. The deposit will be collected by credit card automatically 7 days prior to arrival.

2. The deposit will be returned to the same credit card 8 to 14 days after check-out, provided no damage, missing items, or violations occur.

House Rules

1. No Smoking inside the unit or anywhere on the property. $200.00 fine applies.

2. No Parties, Gatherings, or Loud Noise. Quiet hours are 7:00 PM – 9:00 AM.

3. Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

4. Guests must report any damage immediately.

5. No rearranging furniture, moving items, or tampering with property systems.

6. Units are for registered guests only. No visitors of any kind. Unauthorized occupants will be charged $50.00 per person, per night.

7. Stained sheets or towels will incur replacement charges.

8. Upon check-out, the unit must be left in reasonable condition.

9. Common areas are for entering and exiting only, not for gatherings.

10. Excessively dirty unit: $100.00 fee.

11. Dirty dishes left behind: $40.00 fee.

12. Air Conditioning: Do not leave units running when not inside. Systems may automatically shut off when unoccupied.

13. Parking: Street parking only. Do not block driveways or entrances. Violations are strictly prohibited. City Fines will apply.

14. Toilets: : Only human waste may be flushed. A $500.00 fee applies for clogged toilets caused by improper use. (Inspect the bathroom upon arrival)
    
     

Please DO NOT flush:

❌ Tampons / Pads

❌ Wipes, Paper Towels, or Trash of any kind.

👉 Only human waste should go in the toilet.

🚮 Please use the trash bin provided for everything else.

Replacement & Damage Fees
(applied against deposit if necessary)

1. $29.00 — Sheets (each)

2. $15.00 — Towels (each)

3. $34.00 — Duvet cover (each)

4. $15.00 — Pillow (each)

5. $50.00 — Lost or damaged key

6. $75.00 — Lost A/C or TV remote control
    

Guest Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

By confirming your reservation and/or entering the property, you acknowledge and agree that Isla Verde By The Beach, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, loss, or damages to persons or personal belongings during your stay, regardless of cause.

Guests assume full responsibility and all risks associated with the use of the property, its facilities, and amenities. The property shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, power outages, or any other events that may interrupt or impact a guest’s stay.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times.

By proceeding with your booking and/or entering the property, you expressly waive any right to hold Isla Verde By The Beach or its owners liable for claims, disputes, or damages arising from your stay.
 

Important Notice

These rules are non-negotiable. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
